What we collect

• Enquiry details you give us through our contact form: name, email, mobile number, company and message.
• Basic technical information needed to deliver the website securely, such as server logs.

How we use it and our lawful basis

We use enquiry details to respond to you and discuss potential work, on the basis of our legitimate interests and, where relevant, steps prior to entering a contract.

Who we share it with

The challenge adviser sends the description and optional business context you submit through Lovable AI Gateway to OpenAI to generate suggestions. Do not include personal, sensitive or confidential information. The application does not save a challenge history in its database; operational service logs may be processed by the providers. 

After a successful adviser answer, your original description and business context are kept temporarily in your browser tab so you can continue to the contact form without repeating them. If you submit that form, they are emailed to Matthew with your contact details and removed from the tab’s temporary storage. Closing the tab also clears this temporary copy.

How long we keep it

Our retention period is up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Contact info@peopleworkbetter.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
